Unauthorized users are strictly prohibited from accessing or downloading this application and must cease usage immediately and remove the App.

Prior to using this application, it is essential to carefully read and comprehend the following precautions:

<li>YDIS Smart is exclusively intended for use by service personnel responsible for the service and maintenance of Yamaha outboard motors.</li>
<li>To utilize YDIS Smart, users will need a specific adapter and registration details for the main software (YDIS PC version).</li>
<li>Activating the GPS function on your smartphone is necessary to display the speedometer.</li>
<li>An internet connection via mobile data or wireless LAN is mandatory during both user registration and application usage.</li>
<li>Bluetooth® functionality must be enabled on your smartphone to operate YDIS Smart.</li>

It is imperative not to manipulate this application while the boat is in motion to prevent potential accidents. Yamaha will not be held responsible for any damages or losses resulting from mishaps during the application’s use.

During your utilization of this application, Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. will automatically gather the following information:

<li>User registration details: YDIS Smart adapter serial number, Country ID, Shop ID, Installation Key</li>
<li>Certain engine data provided by the application: Saved data, Country ID, Shop ID, location information (when GPS is active)</li>
</ul>
